FOX Athletes Dominate in San Felipe

The SCORE INTERNATIONAL Racing Series has been the premier platform for nearly 4 decades. The 4-part race series begins with the San Felipe 250. The 2026 race featured a challenging 281-mile race down the Baja Peninsula. Drivers have to navigate fast paced whoops, loose desert sand, and fierce competition. None of this seamed to phase FOX’s Luke McMillin from taking the overall victory the year.

After taking first in the Trophy Truck class qualifying, Luke McMillin led the pack through the desert to cross the line in first place for his 3rd Overall victory in San Felipe. Following closely behind McMillin, Bryce Menzies finished 3rd, and Justin Lofton in 4th.

After a rough qualifying due to a mechanical issue, Polvoorde and his co-pilot, Fox’s own Mike Kim, started the race in 45th position. After battling through traffic and dust, they crossed the line 20 minutes behind McMillin for a well fought 5th place.

The 2026 San Felipe 250 saw FOX take the win in all 4 individual SCORE Trophy Truck classes.

  • Trophy Truck: Luke McMillin
  • Trophy Truck Spec: Jorge Sampietro
  • Trophy Truck 2wd: Rob MacCahren
  • Trophy Truck Legends: David Payne

FOX’s Live Valve equipped cars were out in force in the desert. 3 of the top 10 overall finishers were equipped with Live Valve. Most notably, in the overall UTV results, the top 4 cars were equipped with Live Valve. Brock Heger continues his dominance with a 1st place finish in the Overall UTV category. He has piloted his Polaris RZR equipped with Live Valve to a victory is nearly every race this season.

In racing, the difference between first and second place can be milliseconds. Live Valve has continued to provide drivers with the most optimal shock performance no matter the  terrain. The system enables drivers to have a set up that works perfectly in the rocks, whoops, or straight aways. FOX has introduced this same technology into aftermarket kits for FORD, Toyota, and Jeep applications, Giving drivers the ability to have a perfectly tuned shock no matter the terrain, just like the racers of Baja.
