Using the Quick-Release Lever

Before installing wheel, check that quick-release levers are in the open position (step 1). Place the wheel into the dropouts of the fork, and slide the axle in through the fork and through the hub (step 2).
Thread the axle in until hand tight.
Fold the axle lever into its closed position and push until it clicks into place.
Compress the fork a few times to ensure that the lower leg is settled into its lowest friction point on the axle.
Close both QR Levers so the backside of each lever contacts its lower leg.
